SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Shipments are dispatched the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Shipping is available, but please note that the buyer will be responsible to pay any extra taxes or duties.

When an item requires shipping, a Tracking Number will be provided via email, and can also be found under your Order History.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to sign for your package. Should the order be returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable.

Should you request that the order be reshipped, you will be charged for the full cost of reshipping - no exceptions.

 

FIRST FREE SHIPPING
All first time customers are eligible for free shipping over $35 CAD with the use of code sent via email. Posh Lash Pro will cover up to $45 CAD in shipping costs for all countries. We are not responsible for any shipping costs exceeding this amount.

 

PICK-UP ORDERS
Pick-ups of orders is available to save the cost of shipping. A pick-up date, time and location must be confirmed with the Posh Lash Pro team before your order can be for picked up.

Orders will only be available for the arranged time.

 

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
An order can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you should require changes to your order, to verify its status.


DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 14 days from the date placing the order so Posh Lash Pro can determine whether to provide a replacement or refund, or to decline request for replacement/refund items.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products, all products are final sale and we are unable to offer exchanges or returns, except in cases where items purchased are received damaged.

Courses: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.

Sale Items: All items purchased at sale or promotional prices are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
